The scope is defined and the price does not move. What you see is what you pay.
From
The floor of a scoped starting package. The final figure depends on how much of your business the work touches, and it is confirmed in writing before you commit.
POA
Price on application. Some work cannot be quoted responsibly without a conversation first, so we quote it after your discovery call.
VAT treatment
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is charged at 20% where applicable.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is the convention for UK business-to-business work. Most of our clients reclaim it.
- The UK VAT registration threshold is £90,000 of taxable turnover in any rolling 12-month period for 2026/27.
- For business customers outside the UK, VAT is not charged under place-of-supply rules and the reverse charge may apply in your own country.
- Third-party costs such as telephony minutes, model usage above the included allowance, and software licences are passed through at cost and shown separately on your invoice.
Discounts and negotiation
We do not run headline discounts. A published discount only tells you the list price was inflated, so ours is not. What we do offer is two structural ways to pay less.
- A 10% bundle credit when you buy a website and an AI agent together, applied to the smaller of the two setup fees.
- Two months free when you prepay any monthly plan for a year.

What it covers
AI agent setup fees. We scope it that way deliberately, because an unqualified refund promise on a fourteen-week build would be a promise we could not keep.
